Soothing Flow (or Xiao Yao Pian Plus in Chinese Medicine) is a Chinese herbal formulation designed
to relieve physical and emotional dysfunctions including menstrual cramps, irregular menstruation, breast distension or tenderness
associated with menstruation, or neurasthenia with menopause, moodiness, restless sleep, instability, and irritability.
It may take up to 3 months to experience systemic results. Note: Caffeine and
Alcohol will reduce the effectiveness of this formula and
exacerbate symptoms.
